Change the frequency setting to 5 GHz or 2.4 GHz, and reconnect to the
ALL speaker.
The speaker is frequently disconnected.
≥
Is this unit or the Wi-Fi router placed on the floor?
The radio signal condition is poor in locations close to the floor.
Place them on a desk or similar object so that they are about 1 m above
the floor.
≥
When you are using multiple ALL speakers and some of them are not
displayed sometimes, we recommend placing the Wi-Fi router at the
centre of your house so that all the speakers will be at an equal distance
from the router.
≥
Turn on and off the router.
Another router nearby may be using the same channel, causing
interference.
≥
We recommend that you reset the router by turning it off and on.
If you have multiple routers, reset each of them one by one, rather than
at once.
≥
Are there any obstacles near this unit or the router?
Avoid placing objects near the ALL speaker so that it can receive radio
signals.
≥
Is there a dishwasher or microwave near this unit or the router?
Devices with motors (dishwashers, etc.) and devices that emit radio
signals may cause radio signal interference.
Leave at least about 10 cm of space on all sides of the router and ALL
speaker.
In addition to metal objects, walls adversely affect the antenna
performance.
