Only normal position (TYPE 1) tapes can be played correctly.

Insert the cassette tape.
The tape is pulled in automatically.

Each press increases the number of tracks skipped, up to a
maximum of 9.

The first skip backward takes you to the beginning of the current
track.

TPS may not operate correctly in the following situations:

If the interval between tracks is less than 4 seconds.

If noise has been recorded between the interval.
≥
If there are silent segments within tracks.

Wind up the leader tape so recording can start immediately.

Basic play
Cassette tape selection and care

Tapes exceeding 100 minutes are thin and can break or get
caught up in the cassette mechanism.
≥
Excess tape slack should be wound up before the tape is
played.
≥
Endless tapes can get caught up in the cassette mechanism
if used incorrectly. Use tapes that are compatible with the
reverse mode.
Caution
Sound quality may be affected and cassette tape may
become stuck if you do not adhere to the following.
≥
Do not use other stickers not included with the cassette tape.
≥
Place stickers on the cassette tape only as indicated.
