Status display lamp (Red)
On: Indicates that the main unit and charging base are connected correctly.

The lamp flashes when there is an error. “Troubleshooting” Please refer to P.EN28.

When the battery gets low, will flash. Please charge the battery.
To help make the battery last longer
●
If the unit is not used for one month or more, fully charge the battery and turn off the power switch for storage. Recharge it at least once a year thereafter.
(Storing the unit with the battery in uncharged state will adversely affect the performance and lifespan of the battery)

Charge the battery in a room where the temperature is between 5 °C and 35 °C. The battery cannot be charged properly if the room is too cold or too hot (such
as when the room receives direct sunlight).
The operating time may become shorter and the charging time may increase as a result.
Install the charging base Place the main unit on the charging base
The battery is not fully charged at the time of purchase, so please be sure to charge it before use (Full charge takes about 3 hours)
Battery level lamp

The temperature of the battery can change depending on the ambient temperature, usage time, and other
usage conditions.
When the temperature of the battery is too high or too low, the charger waits until the battery reaches a
temperature level suitable for charging, which may result in longer charging times. (Up to approx. 8 hours)

The main unit, charging base and charging adapter may become warm while charging, but this is normal.
●
The length of time the main unit can operate varies depending on the temperature of the battery and other
usage conditions.
●
The charging adapter consumes approx. 0.3 W of power even when it is not charging.
●
You may hear some noise from the charging adapter, but this is normal.
Note
●
When the status display lamp on the main unit doesn’t come on
or goes out immediately, try placing the main unit on the charging
base again.
(When placed correctly, the status display lamp will come on)
●
When the main unit is not used for 6 months or more, the battery
may overdischarge and the operating time may be reduced.
Please make sure to charge the battery before using it again.
●
To avoid introduction of noise to TV sets and radios, keep the
charging base more than 1 m away from these appliances.
