Operation is
unstable
• This could be due to the installation of
applications to the mobile phone after
purchase. Start up your mobile phone in
Safe mode, and if the symptoms are fixed,
then try uninstalling your applications.
Sometimes this can fix the symptoms.
* Safe mode is a function that starts up
your mobile phone in a state that is close
to that at the time of purchase.
• Activating Safe mode
Press
H
for two seconds or more when the
mobile phone is turned off, and in the time
from when the display of docomo
logo goes off to when the home screen is
displayed, touch and hold
M
.
* When Safe mode is activated, "Safe
mode" is displayed on the lower-left
corner of the screen.
* To end Safe mode, once turn off the
power and restart.
• After backing up important data in
advance, use Safe mode.
• Widgets created by yourself may
disappear.
• Since Safe mode is not the regular startup
status, please exit Safe mode before using
the mobile phone for regular operations.
The mobile phone
is unresponsive,
or the power does
not turn on
• With no connections made to the mobile
phone, such as from an adapter for an
external connector terminal, press
H
and
hold for at least 20 seconds, and continue
to hold until the power is turned off or the
mobile phone restarts.
If the power is turned off, try to power on
the mobile phone again.
• Charge the mobile phone, and then try to
power on the mobile phone and on again.
