11. REPAIRING PROCEDURE
Solving FC door over lab
Fig. 1
- To check FC door protruded out with PC door.
(Spec : Not more than 1.0 mm.)
- To take off the 2 screws of hinge bottom.
- To add shim size 1 mm., with hinge bottom and re-ass’y to FC Door.
- To checking both PC and FC door alignment “OK”.
Note : 1) Add shim 2 pcs, Condition FC Door over lab actual 1.5~3.0 mm.
2) Add shim 3 pcs, Condition FC Door over lab actual more 3.0 mm.
