For cooking all types of leaf, green and soft varieties,
including broccoli, squash, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus,
beans, celery, zucchini, spinach, capsicum or a mixture of
these. Cut all vegetables into the same size pieces. Place
vegetable in a suitable size microwave safe casserole. Add
water if you prefer a softer cooked texture. Butter, herbs etc.
may be added before heating, but do not add salt until
serving. Cover with lid. Place the casserole on glass tray.
