5. DOUBLE BOIL

Accessories:
For cooking traditional soups; herbal soup, birdnest soup, etc.,
that requires slow simmer or “double boil”. This method ensures
food remains tender without losing its shape. It also extracts
and retains the aromatic flavour of the food. As preparation,
heat up meat only for 10 minutes and 30 seconds for 4-6 Serv.,
or for 10 minutes for 1-3 Serv., at High microwave power in a
microwave safe casserole, with partially covered. After heating,
add remaining ingredients listed above. Allow at least

of volume for evaporation to prevent boiling over. Partially cover
with lid. Place the casserole on glass tray. Press Cơm niêu
twice. Set the serving and press Khởi dộng. Stir at beeps.

6. CASSEROLE RICE

Accessories:
For cooking white rice including short grain, long grain,
jasmine rice and basmati rice. Place washed rice with
recommended amount of cold water in a suitable sized
casserole. It may be necessary to adjust the amount of water
to your personal preference. Partially cover with lid. Rice will
boil over if the casserole used is too small. Do not cook in
plastic containers unless suitable for high temperature
cooking. Place the casserole on glass tray. Press Cơm niêu
3 times. Set the weight of the food and press Khởi dộng.
Allow rice to stand for 5 minutes after cooking, if necessary.
This setting is not suitable for cooking brown rice.

7. INSTANT NOODLE

Accessories:
For cooking different kinds of instant noodle. Put the noodle
and seasonings into a microwave safe container, then pour
water as instructed in the package. The total volume of the
food should not be over half of the container. Place the
container on glass tray. Press Mỳ ăn liền once. Set the
serving and press Khởi dộng. Keep the vent opening when
cooking. If there’s no air vent or the vent is too small, the lid
should not be covered securely to prevent boiling over. As for
the 2 servings, stir a few times during cooking so that noodles
will be fully cooked. After cooking has been finished, stir.
