Dust sensor lamp (red)
The lamp turns on
even when the dust
box is not full
● The lamp may turn on in the following cases, but this is normal.
◦When sand or dust is sucked up intensively → Clean the dust box.
◦When rubbish is blocking the extension wand and/or nozzle
→ Remove the rubbish.
◦When using the crevice nozzle
The lamp does not
turn on even when
the dust box is full
● The lamp may not turn on when there are large amounts of pet hair or
fluff, but this is normal. → Throw away the rubbish inside the dust box.
● The lamp does not turn on in “LONG” mode. → Check in “HIGH” mode.
Noise
The operating noise
has become louder
The stick cleaner
makes a loud noise
● Filters may be clogged.
● Rubbish may be blocking the extension wand and/or nozzle.
● The nozzle may be obstructed.
If anomaly persists
even after checking
● Bring the product (main unit, extension wand, dusting brush, battery
and charging adapter) along with the warranty to your retailer.
