HOW TO EMPTY THE DUST COMPARTMENT
1) Release the dust compartment
lock as shown and pull it forward.
2) Before opening the dust cover
turn the filter wiper handle about
20 times to remove dust
accumulated in the main filter.
3) To open the dust cover, turn
it anticlockwise and lift the dust
cover up.
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
IMPORTANT NOTE: Before servicing any part, always
DISCONNECT THE CLEANER FROM THE MAINS SUPPLY
IMPORTANT: Empty the dust compartment when the dust reaches the (
MAX) mark.

4) Empty the dust into a plastic
bag or a waste bin.
5) Before re-assembling dust
compartment, check that the
pre-filter wiper rotates in the
anticlockwise direction as shown
in the illustration. Then align the
arrows on both parts as shown
and turn the dust cover clockwise
to close.
6) To replace the dust compartment
assembly, hold as shown, place the
base of the dust compartment into
the main unit then push the top into
place until it "clicks".

NOTE: The dust compartment may be washed with warm water.
Do not use detergents other cleaning fluids to avoid deterioration
of the plastic and the rubber seals.
Do not attempt to clean the dust compartment in a dishwasher.
Important: Before re-assembling the dust compartment, ensure that it
is completely dry and check that the rubber inner seals are in place.

NOTE: Ensure the filter wiper handle is not in the middle of its
travel before replacing the dust compartment assembly.

NOTE: When the pre-filter wiper stops rotating, empty the dust compartment
and remove any obstruction that prevents the pre-filter wiper rotates freely.
