2-3 Installation
2-3-1 Installation environment
This product can be used in the following environment.

*1 : No condensation and freezing shall be allowed.
*2 : If there is a gap between the stored temperature and operating temperature, make sure to have the product get used
to the operating ambient temperature gradually prior to use to prevent the dew condensation.

• Do not install the laser marker at a place where vibrations and shocks can be directly transmitted to it.
• Do not install the controller at a place with a lot of oil mist and/or dust. Take measures to prevent oil contents and dust
from entering into the controller , e.g. using a storage box.
• When installing the laser marker in the storage housing, use a housing equipped with panel cooler or heat exchanger to
maintain the air-cooling performance of the laser marker according to the ambient temperature.

• Remove the dust, fume or particulate matter generated during the laser processing. For the effective dust collection, set
the intake port of the dust collector near the lasing position. In case the dust or fume includes easily adhered material to
laser emission port, such as oily fume, construct the airflow system with compressed air and remove it surely.
