The heat intensity generated by pots varies depending on their materials. Adjust the heat level in accordance to what you

In case simmering for a long time, using timer is
recommended.

When simmering longer than approximately 45 minutes time, use timer function to prevent
“Forgotten-OFF auto shutoff” from activating. (See Page 18)
