Adjustment of Double Boards Detection Sensor

Set the board to the stopper at first.

Remove the screw to adjust the

position of the double boards

detection sensor to set it larger than

a board size.

The stopper screw adjusts the

height not to let the second board

flow.

NOTICE

When the board detection sensor PH-2 at the stopper and the multi-detection

sensor (PH-4) are ON at the same time, the machine stops because it judges

the error of multi-detection.

Remove the board to press the reset switch.
