5-1-3 Line Start
1 Press the LINE START on the operation panel.
2 Turn off the PASS.
3 Reset the production counter. (It is'nt necessary when the amount of production isn't
changed.)
4 Select AUTO from the MANU,AUTO change switch.
5 Set the displayed mode of production counter to "UP" or "DOWN".
Auto operation start
1) Stop production by production counter
Count up the production counter, the machine will stop automatically.
After send the last board, output the production stop signal to the next process to tell the
production is finished.
2) Production end production end switch
When you want to finish the production before the production counter counts up, press
"prod stop" then the machine will stop taking out boards.
In this case, when the boards demand signal comes from the next process, the machine
will output the production stop signal.
3) Interrupt production temporary
Turn the "MANU /AUTO " switch to "MANU".
Then you can do manual operation with the switch on the panel. If you want to restart
automatic operation, go back to the state before you interrupt production, then turn the
switch to "AUTO".
