1. Start CS Maintenance Tool.
2. Enter following, and click [Next].

      IP Address: IP address of Master CS
      User name: admin
      Password: adminpass

3. Click [Tree Survey], “Tree Survey Wizard” is displayed, then click [Start].
4. After “Finish” is displayed, click [Finish] button.
