Problem

Cause/solution

Liquid or other form of
moisture has entered
the phone/charger.

R

Disconnect the AC adaptor from the phone/
charger. Remove the SIM card, microSD
card, and battery from the phone and leave
to dry for at least 3 days. After the phone/
charger are completely dry, insert the SIM
card, microSD card, and battery into the
phone. Then reconnect the AC adaptor to
charge fully before use. If the phone does not
work properly, contact your place of
purchase or nearest Panasonic service
centre.

Caution:

To avoid permanent damage, do not use a microwave oven to speed up the drying process.
