Preparation

Auto Talk Feature

The Auto Talk feature allows you to answer a call by lifting the handset off
the base unit without pressing

. If you purchase an additional

handset (p. 28), you can answer a call by lifting it off the charger. If you
want to use this feature, turn the feature ON by programming. Your phone
comes from the factory set to OFF.

Make sure the handset is not being used.
