Playing back the greeting message
Quickly press

once.
Erasing your greeting message
Press

, and then press

ERASE

while your greeting message is
playing.
Prerecorded greeting message
The unit plays a prerecorded greeting
message for callers and asks them to
leave messages if:
– you do not record your own greeting
message
– you erase your own greeting message
– your greeting message is under 3
seconds in length
To play back the prerecorded greeting
message, quickly press

GREETING
}
once. Make sure you erase your own
greeting message.
Listening to messages
using the base unit
When new messages have been
recorded, the number of recorded
messages flashes rapidly on the base
unit’s display.
