During a Conversation

SLT

• If a held call is not retrieved in a specific period of time (default: 60 seconds), Hold Recall

occurs.

• If an outside call is placed on hold and not retrieved in 15 minutes, it is automatically

disconnected.

• Either one outside or intercom call can be placed on hold at the same time. (SLT only)
• While a party is on hold, music is sent automatically.
• If you do not want other extension users to retrieve your call, press the HOLD button

twice. Then no one can retrieve your call at the other extension (Exclusive Hold).
Exclusive Hold is available only for proprietary telephone users.
