Allows you to inform the called party of a message waiting. For single line and ISDN
telephone users, special ringing and Dial Tone 4 are provided to indicate that a message has
been received. If your telephone is provided with a message waiting lamp (MESSAGE
indicator), it gives visual indication of a message waiting.
