You can store up to 70 names and phone numbers in the phonebook. All phonebook items are sorted
by the first word in alphabetical order. Using the phonebook, you can make a call by selecting a name
on the display.
You can also select a separate ring tone for items by setting “Private ring” during storing. “Private ring”
will sound after the first ring when a caller ID call is being received.
When you receive a Caller ID call from a caller stored in the phonebook, the display will show the
caller’s name and phone number (—Private name display) (p. 29).
Storing Names and Numbers in the Phonebook
Make sure that the power is ON (p. 14) and the unit is in the stand-by mode.
