The printed page appears dirty.

Clean the bottom face of the toner cartridge.
Do not open the shutter or touch the green drum
surface inside the cartridge.

Clean the internal black ribs of the printer.

You cannot monitor the status of the printer which
is connected by network. Close the Status Display
program.
Dirty spots on the back side of paper
caused by fuser assy contamination.
•
Printing may accumulate toners on the pressure
roller of fuser assy. The accumulated toner may be
melted and transferred onto the back side of paper.
•
Select “FUSER CLEAN” in the JOB MENU.
•
“FUSER CLEAN” selection rotates the fuser about
10 seconds and prints one duplex page of a
specified pattern for fuser cleaning then stops.
