Disconnect the power to the KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160; remove it from the LAN environment.

If the default ports are already used by other devices connected to the same router, the KX-NTV150/
KX-NTV160 will select other ports for the KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160.

If UPnP is not supported by your router; you will see the following message:
Error: Router does not support UPnP port forwarding.

Steps to enable the UPnP user interface on your computer:
Note that you must log on to the computer as a system administrator to install the UPnP components.
1.
Go to Start, click Control Panel, and then click Network and Internet.

Click Network and Sharing Center
®
Change advanced sharing settings.
3.
In Network Discovery, select Turn on network discovery.
4.
Click Save Change. UPnP is enabled.
