Detect next event after:
Enter the duration in seconds to pause motion detection after a motion is detected.
This can prevent event-related actions to be too frequently performed. When the "System time" is
synchronized with NTP server, the timer of "Detect next event" will be reset.

Schedule
Specify the period of them during which the event trigger will take place. Please select the days of the week
and the time in a day (in a 24-hr time format) for the event triggering schedule.

Trigger
This is the cause or stimulus which defines when to trigger the KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160. The trigger source
can be configured to use the built-in motion detection mechanism or external digital input devices of the
KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160.
There are several choices of trigger sources as shown on next page. Select the item to display the detailed
configuration options.
Video motion detection
This option makes use of the built-in motion detection mechanism as a trigger source. To enable this
function, you need to configure a Motion detection Window first. For more information, please refer to
Motion detection on page 116 for details.
Periodically
This option allows the KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160 to trigger periodically for every other defined minute. Up
to 999 minutes are allowed.
Digital input
This option allows the KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160 to use an external digital input device or sensor as a trigger
source. Depending on your application, there are many choices of digital input devices on the market which
helps to detect changes in temperature, vibration, sound, and light, etc.
System boot
This option triggers the KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160 when the power to the KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160 is
disconnected.
Recording notify
This option allows the KX-NTV150/KX-NTV160 to trigger when the recording disk is full or when recording
starts to rewrite older data.
