CA Client Exchange integration settings
For KX-NS1000 PBX users, a Personal Greeting set in the Unified Messaging system can be assigned to each
presence. The Personal Greeting can be specified in the settings of each presence. Callers redirected to your
mailbox will hear the Personal Greeting assigned to the current presence.
Note
Microsoft Exchange Server 2007 and 2010 are supported for this feature. Exchange Server 2003 is not
supported.
Exchange integration setup
1.
From the
Go To
menu, select
Option
, and then select
MS Exchange Integration
.
2.
Check the box for
Enable Exchange Schedule Integration
.
3.
In
Exchange User Account
, enter your Exchange user account.
Format: [user name]@[domain name]
For example, if your user name is "user123", and the domain of the Exchange server is
"test.panasonic.com", enter "[email protected]".
