near the fuser unit:

Lift both green levers (

) until they stop.

Remove the jammed paper (

) carefully

by pulling it upwards.

Push back the green levers (

original position.

Pull and hold the green lever (

release the jammed paper.

Remove the jammed paper (

) carefully

by pulling it upwards.

Close the top cover, holding the cover
release lever (

). Then push down the right
