Baked pear tart
1 tin canned pears
75 g butter
2 dl sugar
2 eggs
1 dl single cream
1 tbsp. vanilla-flavoured sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
2 dl wheat flour
2 tbsp. flaked almonds
1 tbsp. coarse sugar
24 cm. ovenproof flan tin
1. Drain the liquid from the pears, cut them into quarters and
arrange them in the flan case.
2. Beat butter, sugar and eggs well with a hand-held mixer.
3. Add cream, vanilla-flavoured sugar, baking powder, and wheat
flour and beat the mixture.
4. Spread the dough over the pears.
5. Sprinkle with flaked almonds and coarse sugar.
6. Place the tart on the high grill. Bake the cake on combination grill
+ 440 Watt microwave for 15 min. perhaps followed by pure grill for
a couple of minutes.
7. Serve the cake warm or cold with whipped cream.
Chocolate cookies
25 g soft butter

tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. molasses
1/2
beaten egg
1 dl wheat flour
1/2
tsp. vanilla-flavoured sugar
1/2
tsp. baking powder
1 pinch of salt
35 g coarsely chopped chocolate
1 tsp. cream
1. Preheat the oven at 170°C (340° F).
2. Mix butter and sugar well.
3. Add molasses and egg and mix well.
4. Add wheat flour, vanilla-flavoured sugar, baking powder, salt,
chocolate, and cream. Drop the dough on the pizza pan using 2
teaspoons.
5. Bake the cookies on the high grill at 170°C (340° F) for 10 min.
6. Leave to cool on a rack.
