IP Config
Select "Basic Config" and then "IP Config" to open the screen shown in Figure 5-2.
On this screen, you can configure the IP address of this switch.

Note:
All IP addresses on the local network must be unique, and no duplications are
allowed. In addition, you need to set the subnet mask and the default gate

way, which are the same for other devices on the same subnet using this
switch. If you are unsure, consult the network administrator.
MAC Address
Displays the MAC address of this switch.
This value is uniquely assigned to each device and cannot be changed.
IP Address
Displays the current IP address.
"0.0.0.0" is the factory default setting.
Subnet Mask
Displays the current subnet mask. "0.0.0.0" is the factory default setting.
Default Gateway
Displays the IP address of the router, set as the current default gateway.
"0.0.0.0" is the factory default setting.
