Troubleshooting

information for basic troubleshooting. If the trouble persists, contact your technical

Scanning does not
start.

The gadget setting is disabled in the external device
setting of the unit. Check the setting.

The unit is not attached correctly. Attach it correctly.

The terminals are dirty. Clean the terminals.
