Example : LDAP Server

To search an Email address or a fax number on LDAP server, the following user parameter settings are
required.

Set the above items according to the descriptions below.

For details about LDAP search, refer to

Searching for a Destination

in the Operating Instructions (For

Facsimile and Internet Fax) of provided CD-ROM.

This feature is available in certain countries only.

LDAP Server Name or LDAP Server IP

Set LDAP Server Name or IP Address according to the setting of “

01 General (03 DNS)

” in the

Network Settings.
