Example : Departmental Counter

When “

Dept. Counter Mode

” is selected, you can display your selected departmental counter.

z

To use “

Dept. Counter Mode

”, a special service setting is necessary. Contact your authorised Panasonic 

dealer.

z

For instruction on how to set departmental counters, refer to 

Example : Dept. Counter Mode

 (see page 18).

z

When the Departmental Counter function is enabled, the password (department code) entry screen appears on 
the Touch Panel Display. If you do not enter the password (department code), you cannot use the Copy, Fax, 
Scan, and Print functions.
