How do I zoom in and out on Viera Cast?

There is a zoom facility that will allow Viera Cast to fill the whole screen or
appear within a grey frame. This can be changed within the Network Setting
menu under Network Service. Setting the Zoom to “IN” will make Viera Cast fill
the whole screen. Setting it to “OUT” will make the Viera Cast screen appear
within a grey frame.
