Pair and connect the Bluetooth ® Hands-Free device with this unit.

If a Bluetooth ® Audio device is not detected in 2 minutes during pairing, “TIME
OUT” is displayed and pairing is canceled.


A channel that is not included in the agreement was selected.

Select a channel that is included in the agreement. Refer to the operating
instructions for Sirius receiver with regard to the agreement.
“SUBSCRIPTION UPDATED”
The subscription information was updated.

Wait for 3 minutes in the Sirius mode.
“ACQUIRING SIGNAL”
Your location is out of receivable areas (e.g. in a tunnel), or the unit is decoding
a selected broadcast. The display appears also while the connections are being
checked after the power has been turned on.

Wait until getting out of the unreceivable area or completing the decoding.

This unit does not display
the pairing screen when
trying to pair a device. The Bluetooth ® Unit and Bluetooth ® device are too far apart.

Bring the Bluetooth ® Unit and Bluetooth ® device closer together and try to

complains of echoing or
noise.
The voice of the other party heard from the car speakers is being picked up by the
microphone of the Bluetooth
® Unit and returned to the other party.

Close the windows.

Move the Bluetooth ® Unit microphone away from the car speakers.

Lower the volume.

Set Speaker Selection Setting to “SP LEFT” or “SP RIGHT”.

Set the Echo Cancel Setting to “EC HIGH”.
Telephone audio is of poor
quality.

Cellular phone reception is poor.

Check cellular phone reception.
