SQ Selection
You have 6 preset modes (FLAT, ROCK, POP, VOCAL,
JAZZ, CLUB). You can customize your settings for
these (except FLAT) and save them for instant recall.

After pressing
[SQ] on the main unit, you can also
select a sound type by pressing the preset buttons
[1] to [6].

select the SQ which to be returned to the default
setting, then hold down [BAND] for more than 2
seconds.

The PRE-OUT(REAR) of this unit can be set to subwoofer output when using a subwoofer. Set to ON enables
subwoofer output.
Note: This setting is only available for PRE-OUT(REAR) output.
Subwoofer Frequency Adjust-

(Setting range: 55 Hz, 85 Hz, 120 Hz, 160 Hz), Default: 120 Hz.

The gain setting is effective when volume level is below 25. (when volume level from 26 to 40, the gain set-
ting is ineffective.)

Do not activate SQ and Bass/Treble at the same time to avoid causing sound distortion.

If the fader is set to front, the pre-amp. output (rear) is decreased.
Flat frequency response: does not empha-
size any part. (Default)
Speedy and heavy sound:
exaggerates bass and treble.
Wide-ranged and deep sound:
slightly emphasizes bass and treble.
Clear sound:
emphasizes middle tone and slightly empha-
sizes treble.
Jazz-specific deep sound:
sound with emphasis on sharpness of high
hat and echo saxophone
Club and disco-specific sound:
reproduction of realism being in a club.
