Checking the Windows NT volume-related status information
On the Disk Administrator dialog box, check that the disk statuses are as
shown below.

Following the instructions in C-6 (page 52), exit the Disk Administrator and
Windows NT, and try rebooting the unit.
Perform the checks in C-2 and C-3 again when the unit is started up again.

If the status still remains unchanged, an incorrect disk setting or defective
disk may be to blame.
