REPLACING THE CONVEYOR BELTS
- Detach the connector on the LH side of the sewing machine.
- Unscrew the 4 fixing screws “C” (fig. 3) so that you remove the conveyor unit completely.
To replace belts “D” and “E”:
- Remove the Plexiglas protection covers.
- Remove the 2 rear screws “F”.
- Loosen the screws on the relevant belt-tightening pulley “G”.
- Move rear frame “H” backwards to release the belt.
- Replace the belts and remount all components in the reverse order.
To replace front belt “I”:
- Remove upper part “L” of the conveyor unit by undoing the 8 screws “M”.
- Loosen the screws on the relevant belt-tightening pulley “N”.
- Replace the belt and remount all components in the reverse order.
DEMOLITION
If the machine needs to be demolished, separate the various materials making up the machine and dispose
of at the appropriate recycling points.
