Customer service technician
For any repair work request the assistance of an authorised customer service technician. Con-
tact your specialist dealer if you do not have customer service's information or contact Stürmer
Maschinen GmbH in Germany who can provide you with a specialist dealer's contact informa-

can provide a customer service technician, however, the request for a customer service techni-
cian can only be made via your specialist dealer.
If the repairs are carried out by qualified technical personnel, they must follow the indications
given in these operating instructions.
Optimum Maschinen Germany GmbH accepts no liability nor does it guarantee against damage
and operating malfunctions resulting from failure to observe these operating instructions.
For repairs, only use
faultless and suitable tools only,
original parts or parts from series expressly authorised by Optimum Maschinen Germany
GmbH.
INFORMATION
The warranty is guaranteed by law. It covers damage that the machine had from the beginning.
Machine operators can use it to complain to the seller about a damaged machine in the first six-
months without any problems. After six months, however, the buyer must prove that the dam-
age was present from the onset.
The guarantee, on the other hand, is a voluntary service provided by the manufacturer. The
manufacturer is free to determine the duration and conditions. The legal warranty always
remains in addition.
If both warranty and guarantee are still valid, the buyer can usually choose which system he
wants to use to complain about the machine.
