6 Select Subject and enter a title for the
message.
7 Press Down to go to the body of the
message. Enter your message, or press
Menu (right action key), select
My Text , and then select a predefined
phrase you want to insert.
8 (Optional) Press Menu (right
action key) and select Insert . Select the
type of item you want to attach, and
then select the file or record a voice
note.
9 (Optional) Press Menu (right
action key) and select one or both of the
following:
Spell Check : When the spell check is
complete, press OK .
Message Options : From the Priority
list, select a setting for the message,
and then press
OK .
10 Press Send (right action key).
Receiving email messages
How you receive email messages depends
on the type of account you are using and
how you synchronize:
•
If you set up a push email account, new
email messages are sent to your
smartphone as they appear on the
server.
•
If you synchronize wirelessly with your
Exchange Server using Microsoft
Exchange ActiveSync, new email
messages are sent to your smartphone
when they appear on the server,
according to the schedule you set up

initials separated by a space.
