To remove an expansion card, press
down and release the card.

After you feel the expansion card slot
eject the card, remove the card
from the slot.

Resetting your
smartphone

Performing a soft reset

If your smartphone is not responding or
you have trouble synchronizing with your
computer, a soft reset may help.

Open the expansion card slot door on
the side of your smartphone.

Use the stylus tip to gently press the
reset button next to the expansion card
slot.

Wait for the progress bar on the Treo
logo screen to fill before continuing to
use your smartphone.

TIP

You can also do a soft reset by removing

the battery and reinserting it.
