Installing 1/4

” and 3/8” Hoses at Right Side Column: Install hoses to the hydraulic block.

Torque 1/4

”

hoses to 11 ft/lbs. max, and 3/8

” hoses to 19 ft/lbs. max.

Note: Mark or label each hose end with the corresponding Port ID letter before routing to facilitate
installation at the hydraulic enclosure side.

Recommended

Optional - When vehicle design does
not permit the installation of hydraulic
fittings. Connecto hoses directly to
valve block fittings.

Installing Hoses at Hydraulic Enclosure: Remove the plugs and caps,

the hydraulic block to the pump & motor (hydraulic enclosure) corresponding ports,
