If your scanner was accidentally placed in Firmware Update Mode, press and hold the
button until the LED glows white. This puts the device in normal operation
●
If a firmware update started but did not complete successfully, you will need to restart and
complete the firmware update before you can use the device again
●
Retry the update by going to Settings > Update Firmware
