TONNEAU COVER OPERATION

OPENING TONNEAU COVER

Release latches are located in the front corners on each side of every panel in the tonneau cover. To open, pull one latch and lift
the panel.

CLOSING TONNEAU COVER

Gently lower the tonneau cover panels until they latch with the side rails on the truck bed. The cover features a universal
tailgate seal, allowing the tailgate to be closed before or after the tonneau cover is closed.

OPERATING POSITIONS

CLOSED

All panels must be closed and fully latched to the side rails.

FOLDED

Fold the cover into the fully folded position. Secure the cover in place by inserting the buckles into the clips on the forward
most panel. Tighten the buckle straps to rigidly hold the cover in place. When not in use, the buckles should be engaged in the
storage position.

OPEN

Lift the cover upwards until the rubber bumper is resting against the truck cab. Lock the cover in place by extending the prop
rod into the retention slot and engaging the latch on the rod. The tonneau cover should be firmly held in place with little to no
movement when the latch is engaged on the prop rod.

WARNINGS

Tonneau cover must be free of foreign material such as dirt, snow or ice before opening the panels.

Do NOT operate vehicle with objects or foreign material on top of tonneau cover.

Do NOT operate vehicle with cover in partially open or unsecured position.

MAINTENANCE

Periodically inspect your cover to ensure it is securely attached to the truck bed. Inspect the rail mounting clamps and the two
front mounting bolts to ensure they have not come loose or shifted during vehicle operation. Inspect the release latches and
clean any excess dirt or debris. Ensure latches operate smoothly and are properly engaged with the slide rails when closed.

WARRANTY

To be eligible for warranty, the owner must submit their warranty card or register online within 30 days of the purchase date.
