1 INSTALL THE WEATHER PROOF SEAL
Wipe the surface of the bulkhead with alcohol or cleaner, to avoid any
debris.
Apply the weather proof strip seal along the top of the bulkhead.
2 SETTING THE SLIDE RAILS
With the tailgate closed, place the left & right side slide rails on each
side of the truck bed.
The slot in the bracket of the slide rails need to be placed as far
forward, toward the bulkhead of the vehicle, as possible.
Rails should be completely level before proceeding.
3 CLAMPING THE SLIDE RAILS
With the slide rails sitting flush & square along the truck bed, loosely
install the number of clamps needed for your truck bed length,
starting from the front of the vehicle:
Short Bed
Requires 6 (3 on each slide rail)
Long Bed
Requires 8 (4 on each slide rail)
Ensure each clamp is evenly spaced out and inserted as far up as
possible with the clamp teeth properly aligned in the slide rail’s slots.
Starting from the front of the vehicle, push down on the slide rail
above each clamp while tightening the bolts to ensure a secure and
weather proof seal. A second pair of hands may make this easier.
PLEASE NOTE: The clamp closest to the tailgate should be at least 6
inches away from the tailgate.
Tighten until snug and then torque and additional 1/2 turn.
