INSERTING OR REPLACING THE BATTERIES
• Remove the cover on the rear of the remote control.
• Insert two “AAA” 1.5V batteries in the correct position. (See
instructions inside the battery compartment).
• Replace the cover.
NOTE:
If the remote control unit is replaced or disposed of, the
batteries must be removed and discarded in accordance with current
legislations as they are harmful to the environment.
USING THE REMOTE CONTROL

COOL MODE
• Press the ON/OFF button to turn the unit on.
• Press the MODE button to select COOL . An arrow will
appear next to this icon to indicate that it is selected.
• Select the target temperature by pressing the or buttons.
• Select the required fan speed by pressing the FAN button until
the required speed is selected (AUTO/HIGH/MED/LOW).
NOTE: In COOL mode, the unit automatically removes excess
moisture from the air.
DRY MODE
• Keep the windows and doors closed for effective
dehumidification.
• When used as a dehumidifier only, disconnect the exhaust hose
from the air conditioner.
• Press the ON/OFF button to turn the unit on.
• Press the MODE button to select DRY . An arrow will appear
next to this icon to indicate that it is selected. The fan speed will
always be preset and cannot be adjusted.
FAN MODE
• Press the ON/OFF button to turn the unit on.
• Press the MODE button to select FAN . An arrow will appear
next to this icon to indicate that it is selected.
• To select fan speed, press the FAN button until the desired
speed is selected (HIGH/MED/LOW). AUTO fan speed cannot be
selected in this mode.
• Fan speed is indicated by the on the right side of the screen.
