Hydraulic engine not operating
Check fuses.
Does the engine have power?
Check cable connections.
The electrical motor is defective.
Replace fuses or reset the
automatic fuse.
Troubleshoot and repair the fault.
Replace the defective cables.
Replace the electrical motor.
The hydraulic engine operates
but the automotive lift does not.
The electrical lower valve is open.
The hydraulic pump sucks in air.
Hydraulic oil level too low
Check the cable connections,
and/or replace the valve.
Check all of the hose connections.
Fill with hydraulic oil HVI 32 or
HVI 46 (filling amount from new
is 10 l).
The hydraulic engine operates,
the automotive lift operates
without a load.
Will
not
raise a vehicle.
The electrical motor does not
have enough power.
Impurities in the hydraulic valves.
The safety valve is set too low.
The automotive lift is overloaded.
Check the power supply.
Remove the valves and clean
them.
If required, clean the entire
hydraulic system.
Adjust the safety valve.
Check the weight of the vehicle.
The automotive lift lowers slowly
without the operator pushing the
lower button.
Impurities in the hydraulic valves.
Oil leaks in hose connections.
Remove the valves and clean
them.
If required, clean everything.
Repair the defective hydraulic
connections.
The raising speed is very slow and
oil foam comes out of the oil filler
hole.
Air has mixed with the oil.
The feed hose sucks in air.
The oil return hose is loose.
Change the hydraulic oil.
Tighten all supply hoses.
Tighten all hoses.
The automotive lift does not lift
uniformly on both sides.
The equalisation wires are
incorrectly adjusted.
The automotive lift is not
correctly installed on a level
surface.
Adjust the equalisation wires.
It may be necessary to place
some equalisation plates under
one of the columns to ensure
that the automotive lift is level.
