Safety instructions
1.
All electrical sockets must have an earth connection.
2.
Cables may not be used to transport or secure the equipment.
3.
Protect the cable from sharp edges and compression.
4.
Ensure that the power supply complies with the information on the information plate.
5.
For safety reasons, the installation of the equipment or replacement of components
may only be carried out by a qualified electrician.
6.
Always comply with applicable regulations and guidelines when installing and using the
equipment.
7.
The pump must be installed with a fuse, max. 30 mA.
8.
Always inspect the plug before use. If the cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a
qualified electrician.
9.
Any person with a sensory or physical handicap may only operate the equipment
under supervision. Children must not be allowed to operate the equipment or carry
out maintenance on the equipment.
10.
Leaking oil can cause pollution.
11.
The immersion pump can be plugged into a power socket with an earth connection
that has been installed in accordance with the applicable regulations.
12.
Do not use the pump if there are people in the water.
13.
Disconnect the pump from the power socket before cleaning or carrying out
maintenance.
14.
All joints and extension leads must be waterproof and may not be placed in water or
on the ground.
15.
Always switch off the pump and remove the plug from the power socket before
carrying out cleaning or maintenance tasks.
IMPORTANT - Failure to observe these safety instructions could result in serious injury
or death.
IMPORTANT - Never carry out repairs to cables if there is external damage to the cable
or plug.
