Charging
•
Regularly inspect the charger for any damage to cable, socket, guard, etc. If damage is
found, do not use the charger until it has been repaired or replaced.
•
Use the recommended charger only.
•
Be very attentive when recharging the ATV.
•
The charger is not a toy and should only be handled by an adult.
•
Do not use the charger near flammable material.
•
Always remove the charger from the socket and the ATV when not in use.
•
Never exceed the charging time (12 hours).
•
Always remove the charger from the ATV before wiping it down and cleaning it with a
liquid.
Failing to use common sense and failing to comply with the safety instructions
will heighten the risk of serious injury. Show extreme caution at all times and
be very mindful of maintaining safe operation of the ATV.
Equipment overview
Before you get started:
Remove the components from the packaging. Remove the polystyrene spacers which
protect the components against damage in transit. Inspect the parts for any paint
scratches, dents or cracked cables that could have occurred in transit. As the electric
motor is 80% assembled from the factory, it should not be possible for it to be
damaged, even if the outer packaging has minor damage or dents.
Make sure that the switch is in the “OFF” position before carrying out any type
of maintenance procedure.
