ASSEMBLY
WARNING! DURING ASSEMBLY ENSURE THE GENERATOR IS
SWITCHED OFF.
Fitting the Wheels
1. Carefully remove contents from the packaging.
2. Select a firm, level surface on which to assemble the generator.
1. Assemble the small wheel spacer onto wheel bolt as shown.
3. Insert the wheel bolt
through the hole in the rear
of the frame. Fasten the
wheel bolt in posion with the
wheel nut.
1. Insert the support foot bolt
with the hole in the base of
the frame. Fasten the support
foot in position with the
support foot nut.
Large wheel spacer
2. Place the wheel bolt assembly into the wheel followed by the large
wheel spacer as shown.
4. Repeat steps 1 to 3 with the
second wheel.
Fitting the Support Feet
2. Repeat this process with the
second support foot on the
other side.
Fitting the Transport Handles
1. Align the holes of the
transport handle bracket with
the holes in the frame as you
push the bracket over the
frame.
2. Insert the handle bolts
through the bracket and
frame. From the inside of the
frame, fasten each bolt to
the frame in position with the
nuts provided.
3. Repeat the above steps for the second handle.
