4. CUTTING

5. CHANGING BLADES

1. Secure the work piece if

necessary.

1. Depress and hold

spindle lock button.

2. Use hex key to remove

blade bolt and flange.

SAW

DIRECTION

BLADE

DIRECTION

3. Turn the trim saw on.

6. Fit blade flange and blade

bolt. Depress and hold

spindle lock.

2. Rest the front of the base

plate on the workpiece with

out the blade contacting the

workpiece.

Note:

The tool is recommended for wood cutting only and is not

recommended for use with abrasive wheels or masonry/diamond

cutting wheels. Only use 110mm wood cutting blades.

3. Fully retract lower blade

guard.

5. Replace blade.

Ensure arrows on

the blade point in

the same direction

as the arrow on

the upper blade

guard.

7. Use hex key to tighten blade

bolt.

4. Slowly push the the saw forward. Never force it through the

workpiece.

CAUTION:

ENSURE BATTERY IS REMOVED FROM

THE TOOL BEFORE CHANGING THE BLADE.

4. Lift blade up off inner flange,

then carefully remove.
