POsITION The PORCelAIN GRIll
Position the porcelain grill (16) on the grill supports that run the length of the cooking
area (not shown).
POsITION The GReAse buCKeT
Locate the grease drain tube, extending from the grill below the side shelf (3)
on the left end. Hang the grease bucket (19) on the bucket hook.

seAsON The GRIll
with the door open, turn the power switch to ON and the temperature dial to SMOKE.
In about two minutes, whitish-gray smoke will come out of the grill as the pellets
ignite. Close the door and set the temperature dial to HIGH.
run the grill on HIGH for 45 minutes with the door closed. This seasons the grill and
MuST be done before any food is cooked on it.
