Fixing Acoustic Vision to the frame.
We employ a different method for attaching our Acoustic materials to the frame.

For this last long length, use the method in the image to the right, hold the grip strip
at right angles to the frame and push firmly downwards as you push it/roll it into place.

Spline the material into the 3rd channel (2nd outermost)
then insert the black screen grip strip into that channel.
It should be a fairly tight snug fit. If it’s too loose, move
forward to the next innermost channel for a tighter fit.
Next is the opposite short side. Spline this side in with the
roller, making sure there are now no loose areas spanning
the width of the screen.
Once you are happy with the tension across the face of the
screen you can then insert the 2nd black strip starting at the
bottom and working your way up.
Now onto the top and bottom long lengths of the screen.
Spline the 1st long length into the 3rd outermost channel ensuring flatness against
the corresponding short lengths that are now in place.
Then insert the first long length into the channel. If you get any
puckering, pull up the strip, re spline the material and re insert.
Now the last step and most important is the final long length.
Again, spline into the channel, ensuring a nice taught flat finish.
The material may pop out of the channel at different times until
the strips are inserted, don’t worry too much if they do. The spline
roller is supplied to assist in getting the material sitting flat and taught.
Please follow method below.
Short instructions:
Spline first short side into frames 3rd outermost channel.
Push black strip into place starting at bottom end. Spline opposite side short side, ensure
material is taught across face of screen, push strip into place.
Do same top and bottom. When you get to last long length, follow method at bottom of page.
This will ensure the frame does not bow under tension from the material.
